Delivery
a) Lead Time: All of New Furniture Direct Ltd sales are special orders: - furniture ordered specially for you from the factory. The lead time quoted is an estimate based on past experience. We will endeavour to deliver the Products to you within this time/day of your Account order within mainland UK . New Furniture Direct Ltd cannot be held responsible for manufacturer delays. New Furniture Direct Ltd will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products. At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the Products, after which time the Products become your sole responsibility.

b) Please note the size and dimensions of the merchandise you have ordered and ensure that the item of furniture will fit in the designated room and through any passages, stairwells, landings and doorways on the way to the destination room. New Furniture Direct Ltd does not accept responsibility for any furniture that will not fit into its intended location.

Damage
Customers must report any damage i.e. scratches, dents, chips, tears, soiling etc. immediately upon delivery. It is important that each item is carefully and thoroughly inspected by you or your authorised agent immediately upon delivery. Please note that you must report any damage immediately upon delivery by noting it on the Delivery Collection Note. New Furniture Direct Ltd will not be responsible for any damage not reported.

Colour Variation
Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to ensure colour matches, fabrics and leather may vary due to dye lot variations. Leather and wood products will by their nature be subject to grain variations. All removable covers of a matching suite must be cleaned at the same time in order to avoid colour variations. New Furniture Direct Ltd will not be responsible for colour variations in the event that matching items are not purchased together.

Information and Specifications
All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the Website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the Products.

Returns
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). You can return the item to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost) Please contact our customer care support for a quote on return delivery. If an item is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund.

Special Customised Orders
The above 7 day return (cooling off period) does not apply to Special Customised Orders..

Ready to Assemble Items
New Furniture Direct Ltd will not accept the return of any item which has undergone any assembly by the purchaser All items returned to New Furniture Direct Ltd must be in there original packaging and returned in same conditions as they were delivered.

Disclaimer of Warranties
